How good is jackal?

I am interested in getting jackal but I am not sure. What do you guys suggest as an attacking operator and what do you think about jackal.

A good Jackal player can be a huge help to the team, and can negate all the roamers and flankers on the map before they become trouble

Another operator who is sort of similar could be lion

He is one of my top 5 mains for attack. Good weapon, good ability, not used as much as I probably should

Give me suggestions on other attackers. I dont have ying Buck Capitao and jackal obviously. I have tried buck and he also seems interesting.

Ying is also an exceptional op, great for entry and rushing

his weapon are really good...He's useful because in one second, he can tell if a enemy went into the room he's entering and can track him to know if he's far away and close to him ...his job is track roamer and that's about it (his smoke are really useful too). note that, while he's scanning footprints; he's really vunerable.

I'd pick lion over him, but he is ok. Very annoying to play against jackal.

I dont like lion. I have year 3 pass. He was good once but when he was nerfed I slowly stoped playing him

I main jackal and caveira, I like both playstyles, with caveira you are the roamer, and with jackal you kill the roamers, pretty nice btw
