Try to disable fullscreen optimization for RainbowSix.exe file
And check your NVIDIA control panel settings for this game. Make sure it's already on High Performance. Also always plug in your charger when playing games.

Yeah, he's been known as troller and spammer in this forum and i'm very confused why the mods haven't take any action yet to him...

I know the thing with the charger thanks man. I will look in the Nvidia control panel right away and try disabling fullscreen optimization. Btw updating drivers did not work

The nvidia control panel was already set to high performance. Gonna try disabling full screen optimizations now

Do this : set the game into windowed mode (alt+enter) > task manager > see if the game uses integrated gpu (GPU 0) instead of dedicated one (GPU 1) in GPU Engine column > see if there's any program that can cause high cpu usage > check the performance tab, and see if the CPU speed is dropping while playing the game

The GPU Engine one? Right click the column header, check on GPU Engine (make sure you're on the latest win10 for the gpu monitoring feature to show up in task manager)

Intel HD graphics should be disabled.
