*MOUSE LAG/STUTTER FIX* (Actually works)
Ive been dealing with mouse stuttering since I got the game and I always tought it was my Rival 300. When I tried switching it for a different mouse (Razer Abyssus) the same thing was happening.

Ive tried to much thing in order to fix this. Everyone will tell you to 'Turn off VSync' or 'Re-install your game' and yes, for some people this may work; it did not work for me.

(***FIX***)
Basically what you need to do is go on your mouse drivers (I have a Steelseries Rival 300 therefore Im using the Steelseries Engine) and manage your Polling Rate. I always had mine on 1000 so I played around with it and found out that 250 works the best for me. I still play with VSync off and literly get 0 mouse lag now.

If THAT doesnt work (it really should) then it may be your actualy game lagging and not only mouse however the fix above should work.

not sure if entirely related but my mouse response time is pretty low and feels snappy, except with raw input enabled sometimes it just outright breaks and I lose control of both my mouse and keyboard for sometimes up to 10 seconds. Really weird bug
