Screen flickering

As of recent, the screen of my fairly new gaming laptop (HP Omen 15) has started to flicker when ONLY playing rainbow 6 on fullscreen (if changed to windowed or borderless, the issue goes away). This leaves my screen with pink, fuzzy, horizontal lines appearing at the bottom of my screen (with the only way to remove them being to restart my laptop or close the lid down and open it up again). I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem as the problem persists after restarting the game and laptop.

Specs:

CPU: i5 - 7300HQ

RAM: 8gb

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050

(I have tried enabling Vsync but after a while i get fps drops and a little bit of stuttering which isnt ideal. I have also tried using nvidia inspector but havent gotten any major results)

Look up this issue in the Radical Heights or Tekken 7 forums. This is an Nvidia driver bug that is fairly easy to fix.

I think this should help. Nvidia really needs to fix this already, as it used to completely ruin Tekken before I found out what was causing the issue. The bug has been around for months.
