I'd go for the LMG. It's gotten a slight buff, like the rest of the LMGs.

She excels in hostage rushes, shes far from useless even without her smoke nades
The shotgun is good for dealing with blinded enemies in cqc but its also good on maps like plane

To OP; use the lmg if you want the allround gun, its a lot more useful now and can compete with other lmgs
Use the shotgun if your pistol skills are good enough to compensate the lack of range

LMG seems better in my opinion. Low recoil and decent damage so you can land headshots easier. The shotty's alright but doesn't seem to do as well on her as it does on Leison.

only useful if u survive spawnpeek, get to next to the objective without getting killed, toss all 3 flashcharge and go ALL LEEROY JERKINS
