Hands shaking when aiming, any advice?
As the title said, my hands always shake when I shoot, it doesn't matter if it's an adrenaline rush situation or not, my hands still shake. This has been a problem for every games like Overwatch and CS:GO, to the point where my friends always joke how I always shake when I aim, and that their aim is emotionless. I honestly don't have any anxiety at all. Advices are always appreciated, thanks guys!

I don't think you are confident at all.
Try to keep the enemy player in your sight for as long as possible.

I am pretty confident in winning games, it's just that I always shake my hand when I aim. It's a real bummer. :/

Your aim is always shaking? Maybe you should see a doctor.

Just take a deep breath and try to relax. That works for me if I get shaky.

I check my health every year, if there's something wrong I'd have known.

stay hydrated. not drinking enough causes you to shiver.

keep your hands warm. otherwise muscles start twitching to generate warmth (or something like that).

Best thing to do is just train youself not to do it. Whenever you realise your doing it, try calm your hand, even if you die. Maybe t hunt easy?

Do you aim with your fingers, wrist, or arm? If your answer is wrist, that's your problem. Try to aim with your arm (lower mouse sens/DPS while at it).

That's just untrue. I aim with my wrist as do many pro players. His issue is something different. I've seen a couple youtubers/streamers with that kind of aim, never understood why they would shake.

Yeah no. Use my wrist in every game I play, and I have no problems at all.
Play better than anyone I know who uses their arm, too.

You're too nervous. Probably your heartrate is beating too fast. You gotta stay frosty
