he said the n word if you're wondering
No, you can get directly the perm ban, depend on severity, without warnings.
nothing to do with toxicity bans tho
I hear can get banned the week previus the new rules too(with delay ban).Idk if is true or not.
Or maybe not know what you say in recent chat.
Edit: If you call so many time stupid or curse or threats or something else can get banned. Not only bad words but harassing too or sexyng things too.Is better if you not says anything if you thinking is bad.
havent been banned yet
no but it's proof you children have to comment on someones choice of gender or life style for no reason and it's childish actions like that which cause people to be banned on R6, anything to do with someones gender, sexuality, race etc will cause a ban and i'm glad it does which was my point in the last post

To report for "toxic" now you'd have to record it send it to Ubi, the button in-game "report toxic" reports to Fair Fight(from what I'm aware) which is why when you do so it tells you they've been reported to Fair Fight. Fair Fight is an anti cheat, like Battle Eye, that compares player data to check for inhuman movement patterns(based on the website Fair Fight has) in frequency great enough to determine if they're cheating along with other player data. Ubi has said the way the Toxic Ban system works is a flag-read system, the system will detect words they have decided breach their ToS/CoC which then flags that player to have their chat log checked. If after reading Ubi decides that you're in violation of the ToS/CoC they apply punishment, from small to large. As far as what you can and can't say, read through the CoC and when you type in game remember that you made an agreement to follow rules so if someone was to read what you've written there'd be nothing there in violation of the ToS/CoC.

Some people seem to be spooked by it though, that big wave of "the most toxic" they banned freaked people out, didn't matter if you where mid game ranked trying to clutch or not. When you get hit with the ToS/CoC landmine it's probably going to hurt if you don't remember what you've been saying. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EypZMZ4XK4
Part of the issues that can arise is how unclear it can be to read something written by people you've had no interaction with. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_PuDmohiA0 that for example could get you banned if read as a slurr and not a hello. It's probably best to read through the CoC and decide what you can't say based on it to then avoid saying such things, which is a limitation on players... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zXvR_jBD8o we're stuck to the terms we've made an agreement to follow.
TLDR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4tVH7BPb-Q If you don't use the chat, only voice, you're more/less safe unless someone both records it and then sends it in to be looked at. I don't know of any cases that actually turned out to be false bans but I've seen a few where it turns out they've been naughty. I try to be positive, it's unclear exactly where the lines are. They've said they understand that sometimes players get upset while playing this game and it's not enough alone to get banned if it's not often, but it's unclear how true that is. There's a lot of gaps in what we do and don't know about the way toxic bans work that could go good or bad about the system but telling us would make it very simple to bypass the system entirely. That's about all I've been able to find out about the system OP.
