Ash Elite Skin bugged...again?

I got that free Ash Elite Skin, have had it equipped since we got it for free, but according to her loudout, her Default is equipped, even though within the loadout menu, it shows that both the Default skin and the Elite skin are "set as active" when in a game, it only shows her default skin

how can I fix this weird bug?

Well you can fixed it by simple close and open the game.Ez If not work, well you stuck with that glitch.
