i got the Ash Alite skin with in the first Outbreak Pack (no joke) and logged in before 6 March, so either you win the Skin for free in the first Outbreak pack or its bugged and i should get antoher outbreak pack for free..

There servers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ right now. You have to restart to get siege credits, opening packs sometimes is laggy and has a delay, it's like the first day of a new hearthstone expansion.

Give it a few days and you'll get yours.

ah ok, so i should get the normal Ash Elite skin too? so i had luck with getting it on first try

Have the same issue. I've had the game for months now, and got the Elite set in an outbreak pack.
They didnt refund me renown, or give me another outbreak pack. UBI pls fix.
