TTS download
if i download the TTS version is it goona download all the game again or its gonna patch some files

I wouldn't download it now as this TTS has ended, however yes it would download the entire game. There are workarounds you can probably find as i've seen some before to prevent a full download by using the search function for the next time it is up.

I think the tts is over anyway, but yes it will download the whole game again.

also is there a way to take a screenshot for the cinematic without that skip sign ?
