Report a translation problem
1: If overclocked GPU or CPU maybe turn it down abit (sometimes overclock can knock and turn weird after a while and give a weird mouse delay if the overclock is to high)
2: If using a HDD try defragging it
3: Use CCleaner to remove Temporary files or Press windows key type run and then %TEMP% .... Delete everything in this folder
4: Verify Siege cache in Steam
5: Check your ram usage isn't to close to your total ram (I found in games that require 8gb of ram or more and having only 8gb causes a weird fps lag but your fps counter will look normal) So if you have less than the recommended ram and your trying to run maxed out this could be an issue...
6: Use Malwarebytes and do a full system Scan for virus's
additional mouse options, click pointer settings, and where in says enhance pointer persision turn it off my unticking it, click apply
if not it will be disabled, since most gaming mice these days dont even have the setting and removed mouse accel. but windows has it built in.
