But... It's down to pref. There's nothing really "better or worse"
Although, you could argue it would be easier to exploit peekers advandtage with hold.
It may sound stupid (for me too when I first read about it), but when you actually try it, you will understand how natural it feels.
Don't know if switching 'q' and 'e' feels good with toggle too, but with hold, it's more natural.
The theory behind it is simple, with the default binding you are thinking of controlling the character, but with this reverse binding you will press the key where you wanna look at.
You use 'lean right' to clear the corner at your left and use 'lean left' to clear the corner on your right. So using the left key 'q' which does 'lean right' actually helps you clear what's on your left and same goes with the other direction.
If you don't get any of this, just try it out.
