Difference between the versions?
-Starter Edition
-Standard Edition
-Advanced Edition
-Gold Edition
-Complete Editon

I am tempted to get the "Starter Version" since it's the cheapest am I really missing anything by getting the cheapest version?

I assume the more expensive versions include "Pay to win" stuff like all guns and more skins and crap? I just wanna make sure I get all the maps and the ability to unlock all guns and stuff as I play when choosing the starter version.

NEVER GET STARTER. anyone will say that. if you want cheap go for Standard. you get the base game operators and can unlock all others with ingame currency called Renown. the editions add them without the need to grind. and SIEGE isn't pay to win, it's just all cosmetics.

Buy the standard if you can, this comes from someone who has over 500 hours with the starter.

Just don't purchase the Starter Edition. It is the cheapest edition, but it is not worth it for what it offers, you'll have to grind more to unlock base Ops, endure it with many matches using Recruits, sometimes getting kicked out, etc.

There is no P2W, all the weapons, Ops, DLCs are unlockeable. The maps are unlocked by default for every edition.

Refund if you can

Do not exagerate, starter is ok. I would say if you can afford it go for standard or higher version. If you have to go cheap go for starter. In this game you are going to spend a lot of time anyway.

Starter isnt ok. Its terrible.

I did a refund request. I am going to go for the Standard edition then. Why do they even sell the Starter version if nobody wants or likes it and from the sounds of it you get kicked from games for not having the content unlocked yet?

Starter edition gives you 6 operators to start with, all base game operators will cost 12500 renown, dlc operators will cost 25000 renown.
Standard edition gives you the base game operators, there are 20 if I remember correctly. All Dlc operators will still cost 25000 renown.

Expect to make between 150-350ish renown a game.

It's a great option for people who aren't looking to get too invested in the game, those who have a lesser budget, and those who have a lot of time to kill

Except that buying a starter edition, it will endure it with many matches picking recruits, or even being kicked out of a matches, because I've seen it.

I've seen starter edition owners asking in the selection screen if someone gives him a base operator because it don't have any more unlocked to pick but only recruits to use.

That may have happened on old starter edition, now with starter you get 6 operators so it is impossible to all available operators being taken by teammates. Also recruit is overpowered for its purpose.

Well if you've got 3 attackers and 3 defenders it's possible, just unlikely
