how to heal someone with Doc?

Middle click to take out the stim pistol. Left click to shoot a stim dart at another player to heal them, right click to aim-down-sights with the stim pistol.

Once you pull the stim pistiol out
You can shot with it

Its like gun so if you want to heal someone shot him like bullets

For more boost sometimes a pistol isn't enough. Try P90 since it got a good fire rate so your ally can be healed faster and a lot more.
