3 speeds vs 3 armors
Since Siege came out, speed has been very important. If you look at pick rates in plat/diamond or pro league, speed is valued over nearly everything else (exceptions are mira, smoke, and either twitch or thatcher). Three speeds are not only faster, but quieter than their slower counterparts. It is implied that this is meant to be balanced out by the slower players having higher HP pools, but how much higher are they really?

As you can see, most guns will kill higher armor players in just one or two more bullets - assuming no headshots, of course. In some cases, the extra armor does not make any difference in how many shots you can take.

With so many high fire rate weapons in the game, I feel like this is not even close to a worthwhile tradeoff.

One option would be to give the better gadgets/weapons to slower operators, but that would really take a lot of reworking of current ops (it is ridiculous to give 7 second stun mines to a 3 speed operator with a 50 round 1080 rpm gun, though).

So I think the better option would be to lower the gap between 3 and 1 speed operators. Make 3 and 1 speeds just as loud as each other, and either slightly slow down the 3 speeds or slightly speed up everyone else.

They definitely should scale down the speeds of the operators. 2 speed should be the current 3 speed and so on.

Tier 3 Armor guys need a buff.

Maybe lower 3 speed by 10-15% and raise 1 speed by 10-15% in terms of speed? Can't give the 3 armor guys too much armor or they run the risk of having too much armor and taking 2-3 more shots than they should.
