Unable to buy r6 credits

My friend wants to buy r6 credits but it just won't let him. The section is locked for him, and we don't know what to do in order to fix the problem. Anyone knows if it's a bug that needs to be fixed by Ubisoft? If not, what can he do to fix it?

They had said it has something to do with the region. Where are you from Nisi? cause I see Gummy is from israel.

Yeah me and my friend are both from Israel as well. However, I don't know why we can't buy currency in this game. In other games we can buy currency just fine...Also, I'm sure the option to buy r6 credits was available before, since I play this game for over a year and at that time it gave me the option to buy them.

Yeah me and my friend are both from Israel as well. However, I don't know why we can't buy currency in this game. In other games we can buy currency just fine...

The thread I saw where the ubi dev replied in, OP was from israel too and they know about the problem, they said it has something to do with the currency like people using VPN to purchase R6 for cheaper or something like that

I wrote about it in a different thread. From Israel as well, they said they're aware and are working to fix it. Right now there is no direct solution but they did give a link to sites that are recognized by Ubi and you can purchase R6 credits from them.

I don't know why it would have a different price. We buy games with US dollars (or Euros) and the bank switches it to Shekels+They charge you for the conversion. So if anything, we always end up paying more.
