Should I get the IQ Elite or the Hibana Elite?

I am for sure going to get the Twitch, Jager, and Valkyrie Elite, but I cannot decide if I should get the IQ or Hibana Elite.

IQ needs something tbh... she ain't quite up to strength... I wish they'd buff her AUG if she's lost her nades... Her AUG compared to Ash's R4C is so weak. I'd love a low recoil alternative to the commando that can back some more damage tho.

Pretty much the scanner is not worth 2 breach rounds and a worse gun.

surely hibana elite is more worth it, iq elite is kind of out of place, like she just joins a mission after a yoga session.

I mean I would say it's up to you. However, it seems for a strategic perspective I'd say Hibana just because IQ's workout outfit is very bright and easy to discriminate

Get elite skins for Operators you play the most. It quite pointless to buy elite skin for operator you don't use that often.

I used to think getting an elite skin for an operator I don't like playing will make me play them more and that was the case at first. However, once the novelty wears off, I go back to playing operators that I actually enjoy playing.
