Not sure actually. How would i know what the native resolution is?
Never mind i figured it out. It was the resolution. Thank you so much you absolute legend!!!!! That was really bothering me and you have saved me such OCD related agony. I will never forget you, my cursed feline friend.
The problem is with the game running a different resolution to desktop, so when you boot up, windows thinks the desktop resolution has changed and it adjusts things to fit. Windows throws a special hissy fit if they are mismatched monitors with different resolutions.
Doesn't have to be native on either end as long as there is no resolution change from desktop to game.
