Why Blitz's flash isn't working all the times?

I'm staying right in front of them but the flash has no effect. Not to forget that there is a chance of 20% for every bullet to get through the shield.

I think he's saying he flashes them and the flash doesn't actually work on them.

Well blitz has always been buggy.

the flash range was nerfed several seasons ago.

You have to be vvvveerry close. Honestly id rather them just get rid of flash and add 2 more pixels to the shields hitbox lol. His main ability is sprinting shield now

welcome to siege flashes. even ying that sends multiple flashes they don't work more than half the time.

This is why I don’t get the high cool down!
5 seconds would be enough, due to its inconsistency...
