Permanent BAN for buying r6 credits.

Since November, for some reason, Ubisoft raised the price of r6 credits (in Ukraine) from 60 to 120usd for 16,000 credits!

The fact is that in Ukraine the average monthly wage is 300-400usd! Yes, we are poor :D
If I buy credits for $ 120 - I have to starve for a month :)

I think that 60usd (I can pay that amount) was a fair price for my country.

I know that this is a violation of the "license agreement", and i'm not happy about this, but I just have to take risks and buy cheap credits...

THE QUESTION IS: Can i get banned PERMANENTLY for buying cheep r6 credits on "other sites"?
Or 7 days ban is maximum?

If you read through the code of conduct of Rainbow 6 Siege which is the same as Ubisoft's terms of use you will find those two parts:

"access the Services by means other than those provided by UBISOFT" (As the site you are talking of is not provided by Ubisoft you broke the code of conduct)

"16. TERMINATION
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or UBISOFT. These Terms may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Services, for any reason. Upon any termination of the Terms, you must promptly uninstall any mobile applications and destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Services, as well as all copies of such materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Services, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms or otherwise. Additionally, upon termination, all achievements, virtual items, and/or virtual currency that you have acquired may, in our sole discretion, be terminated and forfeited. You have no property rights in any achievements, virtual items and/or virtual currency. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable."
(They can ban you for whatever reason they want to and you dont get any refunds)

I understand your situation and motives but sadly there is nothing you can do.

usually if its ur first time u get banned for 7 days or maybe 14 but if you did it for more than once its possible you could get a perma tho never heard someone getting perma banned on the first time usually its 7 days

I spent countless € myself on skins just because i wanted to support siege but i stopped because in the 2,5 years i played they didnt make anything better...

Пока что вроде не было случаев с перманентным баном, а вот на 7 дней довольно часто дают. Сам покупал Season Pass, даже 7-ми дневного бана не было, но позже отобрали Season Pass (600 кредитов r6 остались, лол) и я вернул деньги с помощью программы защиты покупателя PAYPAL.

best result is dont buy cosmetics if you cant afford them, if you wont be able to eat/pay rent, dont buy a skin in game?

Yes because they often use stolen credit cards and do this for money laundering.
