help please

Hello if anyone could help me i can't use mic in rainbow six siege like my mic work in everywhere else but not in rainbow and i even cant hear people talking can anyone help

no ive reset all the settings

1. maybe you used to be free to talk, and now its push to talk or vice versa
2. some keys may not be registered if you are using any keyboard other than English
3. maybe your push-to-talk key is jammed/bad connection with motherboard
4. reconnect headphones, first the audio (green cable) then the microphone (pink cable) with at least 5s delay between connections
5. maybe you are muted for some reason, that can happen also (toxicity, ban warning)
6. your mic might just be at the end of his life idk

i dont think its any of these bc i cant even hear other players or see them talking even when i press tab it doesnt show the mic icone to mute them only chat icon so idk but thanks for ur help
