Casual matchmaking is made to be fast so you can get into a match faster. Play ranked if you want to play against people based on your skill and not just regular matchmaking!

I mean people playing with me in rank is not based on my skill. Way to far from my skill

This isn't likely. Its not based off your level, have you played the first 10 matches to get a rank? after you play the first 10 you'll get a rank then placed with people in a similar skill level. I just got my rank and the first 10 matches were all over the place, was in with silvers then a game of just bronze then a game with mostly plat 3 and gold 1. After finishing the 10 i got gold 2 and haven't played with anything other then golds since and i'm gold 1 now.

The clearance level has nothing to do with matchmaking whatsoever. The only thing clearance level is really good for is determining how long someone has played the game for, which also doesn't carry much weight. Some players may just be good at FPS games, and don't put many hours into Siege. Some may put a lot of time into Siege but aren't mechanically good at the game.

Were you seeing this in Ranked or Casual?

Yes I saw this in ranked games. I'm currently 90lvl and silver rank. I understand what are you saying. But in my opinion doesn't it those player who are like 30lvl and unranked match with silver ranked is little far? In my case, I have met this situation once and I can tell the player is new and they cant handle the ranked game and they left the game. So I think it is not fair to me that i have to derank.
