Is it possible getting to Diamond by 100% solo queuing on a controller?

I mean, I've made it to Gold 3 once 99% solo queuing on a controller, so, is there anyone who is absolutely great with a controller on PC that has gone even further than me? I'm just curious.

It wasnt all solo though thats the difference maker.

I play casual only on r6, but yes, is possible.
Some steps are required ofc...
Ace yourself or be able to ace the entire match, in case you get toxic or noobies team mates xD
Another thing is to be in team with super pros.
Last one i can think of atm is to be lucky enough that enemy team is trolling around and throuw matches for deranking and keeping coopers or silvers to advance any further, either they are paid for this or out of some sick pleasure.

Its not possible with a controller on PC. There are professional players in low plat. To SOLO Queue with a controller the absolute best you could realisitcally achieve is plat 3.

He played with his squad most of the time, 5 stacking to diamond isn't that hard, SoloQ to diamond it's the real deal.

SoloQ to plat it's possible, but SoloQ to Diamond & +5000 mmr i've yet to see someone made it.

A few seasons ago I solo queued and got 4 random players that were all solo queued and we beat Shroud, Macie Jay, and a few twitch streamers. We were hyped af when we won 4-1 we stayed as team and next game played against a 5 stack that were all diamonds the season before that and we got destroyed.

Uh okay? No one is perfect everyone loses games also do you ahve any recordings of the game i would like to see it?

I know that but a 5 stack should easily beat 5 random players lol
I didn't record, someone on my team said they did but they never linked me it. I only have shroud's stream link. Skip to 3 hours and 30 minutes, that's where it starts. My uplay name is Ryan.-_-.

It really isnt fair to call somebody bad, or not as good as you simply because you beat them. Im fairly certain they dont play super tryhard and play to have fun instead since they play so much. Of course props to you for beating them but they lose all the time.

Ehhh, not even on a keyboard. Don't land anywhere under silver or you will get teammates that are worse than console players. They will make sure you lose.
