Low ping, good internet, constantly rubberbanding
I'm trying to come back to this game after about 7 months of leaving and the same issue still persists. I do not believe it is on my end, but I have rubberbanding frequently every game and my ping usually averages 20 with very fast internet speeds. Can anyone help suggest a fix?

I'm able to record other games with OBS, while listening to music on YouTube, and it runs fine just not on R6.

Use a VPN to change your location?

That'd probably make the issue worse. I am in NA and my ping has always been fine.

Try to close tabs and background apps that is downloading stuff or using internet. Just leave on the ones that are neccesary like discord, and the game. Also try connecting a Ethernet cable through the router to achieve better connection. Usually cabled internet or ethernet will help alot if your router is located a long way from ur pc.

the speed of a internet connection might not be always bound to whether a game is lagging or rubber banding. try to get into your router settings and try to activate things like upnp. there might be also alot of devices connected to your router and if your router has a specific security system it will throttle the upload transfer. you will get more info on Battle(non)sense´s videos.

UPNP is enabled, but there are quite a bit of devices connected and unfortunately I can't take many off.

I'll try this, I can't use ethernet but I will use only important processes then.
