Is Rainbow Six Tracker & OverWolf application Bannable by BattleEye?

There is an application put out by TRN and OverWolf that auto searches stats on players that are in your ranked match. Famous player; King George, has made a vid on it (sponsored) and I believe he said it was battleeye safe however I would rather be safe than sorry and the community always has really smart people who probably know the answer.
