I can't access the game!
Hello.

Before ubisoft, I can't access my game for a problem and I'm getting ownership error. According to my own research, the game board is mixed with my other steam room.

For this, I created a topic from ubisoft help page. Registration number 09263216. Since the 9th of the month, all of your members and steam subsidies can be forwarded to us, although our customers have not forwarded to them, I have been saddened to say that they have not solved this work and are still waiting for me.

I know Steam cannot be involved. But I bought this game from the Steam market, and ubisoft didn't find any solutions here, so I wanted my personal rights. In the meantime, I would like to ask Steam to notify ubisoft that they will defend their customers and resolve this issue.

I'm a 33-year-old businessman. We are doing major construction works in TRNC. So we have no financial problems. This incident is becoming annoying for me now and I am thinking of moving it to court. For this, I instructed our own lawyer to investigate the lawyers abroad and we can cooperate and I have no jokes.

bro same im putting my correct ubisoft pass and email but it wont open the got damn game u know how to fix it so i can actually play like wtf!!!!

Never buy ubisoft games.
They do not even have the ability to solve the problem caused by them :spacemarinecrosshair:

ik your frustrated with not being able to play the game but i dont think its worth it to take it to court for a 20 dollar game lmao

anyways are you getting the "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product" error? i would try reinstalling uplay and see if that works
some guy on another thread said changing his password through the browser account management solved his issue

if you changed steam/uplay accounts then that can cause that problem also

What you said was applied and a result could not be reached.

It has nothing to do with money. There is an IT crime here and I'm not afraid to do that.
they have limited my access because of the problem caused by them, and they cannot find a solution. I have no respect for people who don't do their job :)

i mean sure but seems like an awful lot for a problem that could be solved in under an hour

these people somehow claim to me that they can't find the game linked to their account on their pages. But I showed them all the purchase bills that were reported to me by steam support.

Although they couldn't find my account, I gave them some advice. And I figured I'd create a new account to solve this, transfer the game there. They accepted it and then did not help in any way. Believe me, it's not clear what they're doing.

the steam account you linked to your uplay account is the one you have to be using, shouldve said that earlier sorry
maybe the steam account didnt link correctly? try relinking your steam account here[account.ubisoft.com]

ubisoft support is all over the place, sometimes you get a guy who knows what he is doing then you get another guy who gives totally unrelated advice
if you just contact them again you will probably get a different answer, ubisoft support isnt really consistent

Thanks for your help.
When I remove the game from steam, I can make new purchases. But I'm not sure if this solves the problem
