Part of gameplay, and I think it is more challenging and fun even if it's nerve-wrecking but I always did the same thing anyway xd
You can find tactics to prevent this, works for me, haven't even got spawnpeeked for a while, either:
1. wait out, since you said 2 seconds, you can wait out, dont rush or hide behind covers.
2. since we can choose our spawning location, find one with a lot of covers or no spawnpeek spots (map knowledge also helps, getting you familiar with popular spawnpeek positions)
3. with known spawnpeek positions, try quick peeking or fast response on shooting, I got frequent headshots on spawnpeekers
4. revenge! use same spawnpeeking positions, pick on their teammates and your nerves should be calmer xd
