I think selling an account is against the tos, but heres my opinion anyway:

Everything other than the iq headgear (assuming that it's limited edition, maybe like an event item) and the black ice is rather worthless. Ash might be worth something, but honestly that skin is terrible and it's only been a year since it's released. Maybe people would actually buy it like idk 3 years down the line, since it's technically the only elite that you can't buy.

So probably: 4-5$, add in another 10$ if you have all operators. That's the price that i would pay if there was an account market

nope, actually less than the base price, because of tons of reasons.

No one, who is interested in accounts would get one which has nothing on it. Owning every operator means nothing, the market concerning accounts is overflowing with cracked ones, which are as cheap as an dollar, so there you go.

You will have to sell your steam account aswell then. You have siege bought on steam meaning it won't work on uplay alone.
