I saw some comments on steam forums people saying if you surrender you do not get rollback, I just wanted to know about that more if it was true.
I know if they get banned the system gives you back elo/takes (depending if you win or lose)
But there was a ban wave recently.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnfmzgjpCXo
and people in the leaderboards (third party websites) shot up.
but as for the actual ubisoft support
ubisoft support is inconsistent, you could report a hacker to one guy and he would ignore you and if you send it to another they would forward it to the r6 team
its like asking your dad if you can have candy and he says no but then you ask your mom and she says yes
the good news is you can still get cheaters banned
the bad news is some ubisoft support agents just makes it more of a hassle
Catch a few hundred vs ~3 is the reason why companies ban in waves.
That's also why no one get's told why they got banned or what lead to the ban.
Let's say I got banned, I did not change my nick recently on the account which got banned, so I switch it to some random number/letter combination and dump it, forever forgotten.
That Nick is now free to get picked up again by another account of mine (or I just create a new one with that name).
Unfortunately that's the way to go so we players have to wait for ban waves.
