Low FPS on new build

Hi, i built my new pc around 2 weeks ago and it was great, only downside is that for a couple of days my siege frames have dropped drastically.

I play with texture on medium with filtering on 4x and everything else on low/off.

Every setting is on low and i play streched, max avg. was 135 frames.

You forgot the overlay (RTSS/Afterburner thing).

I personally play at 2k with all settings maxed except shading quality on medium. I have a 60 htz montitor with steady 60fps and have no issues competitively. I assume you have a 144hz refresh rate monitor or this is all for naught.

I've heard recent Windows 10 update (1903) brings some Ryzen-specific changes. What OS release you have installed?

im from the cs world where if you have the tinyest bit of input lag or frame drop everything goes to hell, well not really but im really picky about 144fps (yes i have a 144hz monitor) so having this tough setup and getting 90-120 fps average in mm is frustrating the out of me.

cs is also a game with 10 year old russian kids bunny hopping 24/7 with no real accuracy. To each their own but i suggest you play how you feel comfortable and dont get so set on these tiny issues. Play the game and enjoy yourself even if you lose. These tiny differences you are trying to achieve wont help you be any better.

ok guys, i got really pissed off so i reset my pc, totally. It was a clean pc with only windows installed, i got siege installed and with no tweaks nor fixes, 200-300fps max. Insane, i still have to download everything else but im so happy that my pc has overall improved just by doing that.
Prechiate the tips i've gotten.
