Maybe try looking up their R6 stats and see if they have recent matches from after your reports?

you can report him with the toxic button but that won't do anything. you can check his stats as Jeff stated. If you have a recording of the killcams, then you can send that to Ubisoft on their twitter account and they can review the match.
