If you play him as what he should be, he is fine. If you tap your movement buttons.... he doesn't lose his bars at all, so that's that.
he was extremely OP that is why. You clearly never played him before they gave him any kind of enhancement. What he has now is still an improvement but he is not as OP. I am 100% Happy about this.
Playing devil's advocate here, but the only way I see glaz as broken is on the map plane because he is the only operator capable of shooting through windows but plane is not in competitive but when it was sure I can give it to you but thats honestly it.
