Free Codes?

There are some games, like Warframe and Path of Exile, that has some free codes to unlock early skins, currancy or something to new players feel better about themselves, there are those codes here on R6S? I'm not talking about free codes from Streammers and Give Aways, I'm talking about free codes that Devs hide around the game so you can discover, something like that, official nonscammer codes.

No, I'm playing for the first time today.

Using Warframe as example, we have something calle Glyph that is an avatar image to the profile, no game play changes. DE (de developer) did add a lot of stuff to the game so players could find codes for those Glyphs.

Don't need to be Skin here in R6, but any inside code that give us something. I hope you understand what I'm talking about. When I asked that in Path of Exile people got wrong, thinking I was begging for code.

No there isn't any codes hidden by the devs or items you can get easily
