As other users said, if you go to 'Unlock new operator' and then scroll down to the bottom you will see the Year 1 and Year 2 bundles there.

I've passed on feedback to get them moved to the shop section as well previously, to avoid confusion.

What is it called?

At the operator part, when you click operators there is a blue button at the top says unlock new operators. When you click there, at the bottom you can see the operator bundles year 1 and year 2. You can buy it from there, each bundle is 2400 R6 coin.

I know what you mean buddy, it's not included in the actual bundle section, you have to scroll down on the operator purchase screen and there's real money bundled options.

Been waiting for the bundle for a week or two now for my brother xD
