There's no real deathmatch in the game. That's called Secure Area and it's available in Casual or in Custom Games.

What you're asking for is Terrorist Hunt, which is 5 players vs. 22/26/30 bots; depending on the difficulty that can be played on all three gamemodes: Secure Area, Hostage (which in this case the 5 players play as the defenders), and Bomb.
