It all depends on which gun you use and with which attachments, but I'd have to say Pulse/Castle with the UMP45 (vertical grip + barrel attachment of your choice)
That thing is an absolute laser beam. One of the best long-range guns on defense IMO

Attack: Probably Sledge/Thatcher L85
Defense: Alibi gun/Ump

Mozzie literally has the lowest recoil, its the same stats as alibi except less bullets and even lower recoil, for attack im not sure

Pump shotty(Just kidding), in all honesty, the FMG-9 from Smoke/Nokk is easier to control, but never pick a SMG on a secondary, their recoil is uncontrolable.

Nokk is horrible in all aspects

Nomad's AK-74 shoots like a laser.
Smoke and Nokk's SMG is also very easy to control.
Frost's SMG is also excellent to control, very good for head shots.
