Been searching for a game in unranked & casual for last half hour and i cant a single game?

Hey! What rank are you currently? About how long does the queue go for you? Do you have this issue with Ranked as well?

i have been struggling with that for 2 years. They wont solve that problem. Just re-enter the game.

We've noticed a recent uptick in reports of this issue after the recent update.
Could you specify which specific playlists you have this issue with? About how long is the queue for you? What rank are you?

my rank is gold 2 right now, unranked and ranked i cannot find a game casual i can after 5-10 minutes and most times its a game that's nearly finished.

the other day i queued for ranked in silver US and it took 2 hours to find a match

I'm unranked in the current season, but Casual/Unranked modes have 5+ minute queues for me often, at which point I usually just back out of R6 and try again later

Been like 10 days since this post and still just get insanely long que times. almost just not worth even playing when you just sit and stare at the menu for 30+ minutes. between rounds. only time i can get consistent games is when i que with friend thats on EUS servers and im WUS so i get average 90+ ping

I think specifying region and day/night time would be better for reports as these two things have the biggest impact on matchmaking.

Personally i'm playing only casual and have no problems with finding matches. It takes to me usually around 1 minute, up to two minutes to find a match. If matchmaking takes longer than 2 minutes i just restart and i get matched within seconds. I'm playing from Europe. At night it takes a bit longer to find matches but usually it is within around these 1-2 minutes range.

Doesn't matter if i play at 10AM or 3 PM or 9PM its all the same. I live in canada just on the border of the USA, i live in a very populated area and i'm somewhat close to the data centre. I didn't have this issue a few weeks ago now it feels almost unplayable just wasting my time even more.

If i opt in to play casual que isn't as long but 95% chance that game i join is going to 0-2 and im playing no more than 2-5 minutes because my team was just getting crushed and im the unlucky person who joins to see the finish

cant we have ping based matches, so we dont get paired with people who are above 50 from yours?

whenever i play my servers my ping is around 10-30 ping.
