Possible Hack? Defender can see Gadgets

I have noticed a few things I cant explain. It seems like some people can pinpoint the exact location of an attackers device while playing defender.

Example 1 : Me playing Fuze. I set up my charge on window A and while I move to window B a defender is destroying my charge with a single shot from the inside. All exterior cameras are dead, no Valk or Mozzie on the defender side and the window barricade is 100% intact.

I wouldnt mind if it gets shot while I set the charge because of the sound it makes, but 10-20 seconds after I placed it is kinda strange.

Example 2: Playing Thermite. Setting up my charge on an reinforced wall. Moving slowly into cover while a defender shots a short but exact burst through a barricaded door destroying my charge. He was not spraying the whole wall. It was an exact burst dedicadet to destroy the charge.
You cant tell me that he could hear the location of my charge through that barricaded door while I am installing it on a 3 panel wide reinforced wall. Then remember that location while I back up into cover and shot it.

Btw I am playing casual most of the time, so team communication is very unlikely. And of course, this was not a single occurence. It happens like once in 20 matches.

Have you noticed something similiar? Is there a known hack?

Yeah, I was expecting that answer. But dont give that bs. I am playing with headphones too and I got +1k hours. There is plenty of possible room to install a Fuze charge even on a small window. You can hear that a charge is installed from the inside but not in wich corner exactly. Again, I wouldnt mind if they would spray the window immediatly. But one single shot after a significant amount of seconds delay? No way.

1. When Fuze sets a charge, Defenders can hear a a sound. I also do. Most of the time i can take out a Fuze charge.
2. Same things. You can hear thermites charge planting and can easily pull of a Bandit trick resulting a fail charge set and losing the charge.

Solution: Get a good headset. I use HyperX Cloud 2.

So you are telling me, that you as a defender are able to see a external installed fuze charge from the inside of a 100% intact barricade? I would like to see a screenshot of that.

Where do you see the charge on the inside? It is not visible!

I was assuming the same, just like IQ can see devices.

I was playing Bomb on the Kafe map. Bombs were on the 3F Cocktail Lounge. I was installing my Fuze charge on one of the two windows on the east. Then I rappeld up to the roof to look through the skylight because I wanted to activate the charge and shoot fleeing enemys. While I was approaching the skylight I heard one (1!) single shot and my charge was gone. No cams and no teammates on the east side. Went back to the window and saw one bullet hole in the barricade. What a coincedence, eh?

I just had these ♥♥♥♥♥ that ALWAYS knew where I was when I was crouch walking, so I was quiet, they didn't die when I was prefiring them while he wasn't prefiring with his PISTOL I could see I was aiming at his head, but nothing killed him, then a nitro didn't kill blitz, and other operators got into the room without making a sound but they were sprinting as SLEDGE. Then they cover up their hacking by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ being toxic and saying "shut up you're bad"

Not really, Fuze charge make hella lot of sound when placing it, and most of the time it's in the center of the wall / barricade so defenders always start shooting there, this also goes for thermite (bandit tricking or a maestro cam outside / mozzie shock drone shot)

This comment is not suited for this kind of thread while it's true. It's easy to hear people placing gadgets if you have good audio. I plug my razer kraken pro v2 to a 32 ohm amp. Don't plug it to a laptop jack since some laptops produce ♥♥♥♥ audio and can't power high ohm headpsets like the hyperx cloud's with 60-ish ohm
