Amaru is fun but you can't rush the objective location with her unless you are super lucky. They way her gadget works is to balance how good it can be. if she can fire her weapons while reppeling and have them ready as soon as she enters would be OP to the point that she could ace an entire round.

Probably he prefers 3 speed operators that can be played all aim no brain, sort of deal like CoD games. Anyways @OP Just go for Goyo, Amaru might be fun but it's not viable at high ranks or against decent and/or coordinated teams.

Goyo is a better op, but Amaru is definitely not useless. You have to be very careful and use your drones before grappling. Flash bangs too
