4 4v5 matches in a row and a 3v5 one

Since the very first second until the end, all the 3 ranked matches. It's not like someone had to leave in the middle of a match due to an emergency case. That's understandable and toleratable, but this is not. Ban them ♥♥♥♥ing idiots forever, they don't deserve to play the game. I don't care if they're on my team or the enemy team, it's not enjoyable to play this way, it's extremely selfish and unfair towards everyone else. 3 ♥♥♥♥ing matches in a row and not a single proper one. I don't have all day to waste in order to get a single normal match. Just ban those ♥♥♥♥ing morons and they won't do it again. I'm sick of this ♥♥♥♥ every time, either it's 4v5 (or 3v5) or I get teammates so talented that they make me wish it was a 4v5 match since they're not just useless, but they make everything harder.

Sorry for the rant, I'm tired and I just want to play a normal match. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

Anyway, this is just an example, but I would like something like this to be implemented:
-3 hours long ban when you leave a match after the 3rd round
-24 hours long ban when you leave a match before the 3rd round
-7 days long ban when you leave 2 matches in a single day
-14 days long ban when you leave 3 matches in a single week
-permanent ban if you leave 5 matches in a single week

Also, for each player that leaves:
-if the team with more players wins, they get much less points for winning and the team with less players loses much less points for losing
-if the team with more players loses, they lose much less points for losing and the team with less players gets much more points for winning

Points still can't make a 4v5 (or less) match more interesting, but since many people care about ranks, this would be fair.

UPDATE: I'm now playing my 5th match in a row, the first one which actually started 5v5, but it turned into 5v4 in the next round.

My point is that this is a real and an extremely common issue. Something needs to be done.

Ranked is rough without a squad. None of my friends have the same MMR or as much interest in the game as I do so I'm solo as well, usually a 3v5.

Idk about other ranks, but copper is a f-ing ♥♥♥♥ show with this. Its like a black hole, can't get out - ppl constantly leaving, throwing games, smurfs carrying entire teams... it's so hard to get a fking legit game. Won 6 games in a row yesterday with no leavers. Today, lost 5 matches - 4 were 4v5, one was a smurf carry. No one gives a f cuz the MMR is so low already. I'm getting better, but can't carry a whole team... and if I could i'd probably be a lot better than bronze anyway... anyhow, yeah, it's garbage and I totally agree with your suggestions.
