Is this game based on RNG/luck like Fortnite is?

I wanted to play this game during the free week but I realized my mouse was too messed up for this game and I needed a new one.

Now I have a new mouse and I wanted to try this game with the free edition, but then I found it it has been discontinued.

So I tried playing Fornite since it was free and it seemed like a good way to test out my new mouse.

After a couple of hours of that, I realize that I hate Fortnite, because most of the time I get killed in that game at the start to due to RNG, since the enemy has a good weapon whilst I have either no weapon at all, or a crap weapon. I can't stand that.

I'd hate to pay for this only to play it and then realize it also has that same Fortnite-esque RNG/luck crap determining who wins and loses.

So please tell me truly, does this game have RNG/luck crap like Fortnite does?

No, but if you have a hard time with Fortnight, you may not enjoy this game very much. The skill level is very high but everyone gets an equal opportunity at the same weapon loadouts via the operator they choose before each match. I'd watch some videos first.

No, it's very skill based. You have to play the AI for a few hours at least to play casual in order to understand the game. Very very different than Fortnite.

What's a good multiplayer FPS game where the game isn't designed so that your character dies every 2 minutes?

Hey Dragon, I'm happy to hear you're considering joining the R6 community! First thing's first: this game does have a learning curve. Map knowledge, angles, and gun recoil are some of the main things you'll wanna start off with getting the hang of. For me, the two operators that have the easiest recoil to manage are Bandit and Sledge. It's possible it'll vary for you, but give them a shot! Also, we have an R6 official Discord [discord.gg] where people are playing around the clock! Someone would absolutely take you under their wing and give you pointers and tips. We also have R6Academy [r6academy.ubi.com], which is a place where you can learn a ton about the game as well. Let me know if you have any questions!

this game takes hours, watch youtubers like godly, Beaulo ect, different angles, you can use strategy in higher ranks, this game is endless fun for me, on casual and ranked, and im still learning after 600+ hrs cocanut bruh is the best for tips, you can use kovacks for siege, it helps alot

So.. you want a fps where everyone takes 10-20 shots and won't die? Play CoD or CSGO deathmatch, quick deaths, quick respawns
