So unranked is like casual where a bronze can play against a diamond?
Or is there a hidden mmr system?

Tbh at this point only ranked is safe.

Casual and unranked is just a huge mess of diamond players try harding on casual, getting 10 kills and then spamming ez.

Casual has it's own matchmaking system. It is separate from Ranked. We have this blog post[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] with the basics of the matchmaking system.
