Where are the transgender ops?

What difference would it actually make if a trans character was added into the game? Would that in any way affect what their gadget is and what weapons they use? Also, what would be the point of making them trans? All I am gonna pay attention to is if they are my enemy and if I should shoot them on site, their body type or gender doesn't make a difference in who I kill? The point of the game is to murder people, gaming journos would probably make a big stink about how "rainbow six adds in a trans operator and they are just a normal person!" or "rainbow six advocates for the murder of trans people through the new operator!".

The game has a story. Most people don't read the backgrounds. But it's a thing.
