If you are a new player just play casual, you'll level up as well as learn the game, then if you want at level 10 you can play unranked.

im kinda not new :D and im serious cmon is there a way to farm lvl? casual vs unranked?

No. just play and if you're going to smurf then suck it up and deal with the grind.

im kinda a smurf... i had a lvl 28 account :D Gave it to my friend and made a new one

get carried by a high rank in unranked will get you 5000 XP a match, easy levels
