Which weapons should get new attachments?
Title. Here's my personal wishlist:
  • L85A2: Angled Grip. This weapon's pretty popular as well as controllable, giving us the option of a faster ADS time would be quite nice.
  • 416-C Carbine: Angled Grip. Given the fact that this is arguably the best defender weapon at the moment, maaaybe the ability to have a faster ADS time would be a bad idea... I'd sure as hell love it though.
  • 417: Reflex Sight. Why is this the only weapon in the game that can use the other optics but not the Reflex? Weird if you ask me, make it consistent pls
  • OTS-03: Vertical + Angled Grips. With Glaz being in an... interesting spot right now, I think it would be nice to give his iconic gun a bit more versatility. I highly doubt either of these additions would propel him back to his original, broken state.
  • P90: Scope. I would love to see the underrated weapon get this neat sight, and it might give it a bit more competitive viability against the MP5.
  • MP7: Vertical + Angled Grips. This is mainly due to the folding nature of the built-in grip, but it would be really nice to have a faster ADS speed too. A bit of a nerf to Recruit though...
  • 9mm C1: Vertical Grip + Muzzle Brake + Holographic Sight + ACOG? This is probably the most limited full-auto primary in terms of weapon attachments, and it would be really nice to have more options when running it. Also with Goyo being a 2-speed with an ACOG, it might be interesting to see Frost having access to it as well.
  • M12: Holographic Sight. Same reason as the 9mm pretty much, the Holo is arguably the most popular weapon sight and it might make the weapon more usable for a lot of players if it had access to it.
  • M870: Suppressor. Come on, who wouldn't love this?
  • ACS12: Extended Barrel. Why'd you nerf it Ubi? This is by far one of the weakest shotties in the game, can we at least give it slightly more damage at range? Thx
  • BOSG 12.2: Scope. I decided to save the most controversial choice for last. Sure, a 3-speed defender with a magnifying optic on the most (potentially) powerful long-range weapon in the game sounds like a bad idea, but you also have to consider the fact that it has only 2 shots before you need to reload and HARSH recoil. Honestly I don't see this having a massive impact on the higher levels of play, but it would sure be hella fun in Casual.

Id rather see new attachments than existing ones for ops. For example the L85s could have the fancy bipod+foregrip thing the brits have

417 isn't the only gun in-game that doesn't have reflex. The Super Shorty from Mozzie and Gridlock doesn't have it either

Would it though? 2 shots with insane recoil doesn't sound too strong. Idk though.

Bipods would be extremely powerful in R6. They would make most guns have almost no recoil. If it also had a vertical grip? That would be overpowered. I think this idea is way to extreme for siege. Especially when it has 1 shot head shot mechanics.

It would most likely replace a grip attachment.
