Weapon skin rotations?

Are the unique purchaseable (renown/R6 creds) weapon skins in Siege on a regular rotation? If so, how long?

The seasonal ones maybe on a rotation, but no way to tell if it's regular.

Seasonal weapon skins are only available to purchase during that season. When the season ends, they are no longer available to purchase. Thus far, in 2 years, no seasonal weapon skin has ever come back in rotation to buy, and the devs have not commented on if they will return or not to my knowledge.

That said, a variant of the Black Ice skin is now available in Alpha Packs (with a near-impossible chance of rolling one).

The seasons last around 3 months (sometimes a week or two longer). This one is scheduled to end somewhere around early March. The end of a season is typically announced during the pro-league tournement for that season. This season's pro league is being held in late February. Qualifiers are being held as I type this.

The seasonal skins are a nice way of saying "I was there" for a particular part of the game's history -- same with the ranked charms handed out at the end of each season.

Skins do make a return but extremely rare. It's very easy to miss if you don't keep an eye out on almost a daily basis.

seasonal skins are unlocked for good if you get them but you can only put them on weapons from that season i.e Zofia, Dokkai and Vigil cant have Blood orchid skins on their guns but can have OP white noise skins.

Actually I'm not asking about seasonal skins, I'm referring to weapon specific skins that you can purchase with renown. They range from 2500 to 6750ish renown and I have friends who own certain skins I don't for a weapon that were previously available to purchase but are no longer.
