New hack out?
Seems like every game there is one or two dudes who tracks you through the wall and got a gun with no recoil.

When was the last banwave?

Yep BE need an update ASAP, last ban wave was during Blood Orchid, if I'm not mistaken.

They should kick and/or kill the cheater, and learn carry their own weight in a ranked match...

Many hacks that dont evolve aimbot is these ones: Logitech Macros and Scripts( yes it does exist i am not trolling you) plus combine it with Professional Peeking Macro you are a pro.
Also i like to add that NoRecoil/NoSpread AHK-Script does work with this game and that is what OP saw. That or Logitech macro+no recoil script.
