How does matchmaking work with lobbies?
So let's say you got 1 person with you in a lobby. 1 gold and 1 bronze. If the squad leader is bronze will we get bronze teammates and enemy's?

If the whole team is bronze but there is one gold it queues for bronze but looks for a solo player in gold or someone who is also queueing for ranked with another bronze. But if there is only 1 then it queues for the gold.
it's mayhem

Actually, It averages the ranks. Bronze and Gold would end in a Silver Opposition
Edit:
It matches the ELO values on both teams. Ex. Team One = 12500 ELO, then Team Two will have around 12500 ELO
Same outcome if you average it aswell
