is echo immune to dokaebis phone calls?

so i just bouguht echo and ive noticed that when dokaebi gives the whole team a call im not receiving it is it a bug? or is that how its suposed to be

Echo uses a wrist device instead of a phone and he also worked with Dokkaebi before

There is a lore reason for why he doesn't get affected. Just like there is lore reasons why Zofia and Ela are resistant to each others concussions.

He doesn't use a phone, he uses a little wrist mounted computer, so he isn't really able to get the calls.
