I guess anything that has RGB and mechanical... not sure what mouses.
I would say steelseries is a good way to go. for mices and keyboards.

they've their apex series of keyboards which i use myself and love.

and then their mices are consider some of the best ( never used them tho )

The only thing that can really help you get better at using mouse and keyoard is to keep playing. You can try playing terrorist hunt so you can practice the basics without having people get mad at you for sucking. The thing that helped me when I switched was to play tf2 and practice a lot of rocket jumping. It really helps you use a lot of the keys in different order and get your hand eye coordination up to par.

Many hundreds of hours of playing games over years. No real shortcuts. Just get a decent, wired mouse (eg Steelseries are well built and comfortable) so you can control the sensitivity and have more precision without random cut-outs or interference. Play a variety of games (CS is the obvious one, since most games are not so twitch intensive - you could be a god in games like pubg or this if you are good in CS).

On the other hand, if you're good with a gamepad, and don't want to spend 100s of hours with M&K, just use a gamepad. You'll be competitive with most players, and the game is well suited to it (many things are easier like leaning, drones, using geometry). Exception to this is in old-school shooters like Quake and CS where they are very twitch/pixel-hunting focused, or don't offer good gamepad support.
